Webinar: An introduction to Facebook ads & delivering your 2022 ads strategy

We have just hosted another great webinar for businesses in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area. Digital Advertising Consultant, Caeris Armour, delivered ‘An introduction to Facebook ads & delivering your 2022 ads strategy’ to a large and attentive audience.

Facebook alone has 2.9 billion active monthly users but creating a FB ad campaign also gives businesses access to Meta’s 1.7bn Instagram users as well as a range of websites.

Caeris demonstrated how FB Ads can be a cost-effective way to market your brand.

The presentation laid out all the tools needed to develop a successful Facebook Ads strategy. Key topics covered included:

  • How Facebook ads work
  • Campaign objectives to choose from
  • Audience Groups you can target with FB Ads
  • Tracking Performance using FB Pixel
  • How to structure a FB campaign
  • Live demo of a FB Ads build
  • Measuring and monitoring performance
  • Key advertising times

Lord Mayor of ABC Borough Council Glen Barr gave an opening address while Craigmore Online shared their experience of a successful FB ads campaign and provided insights into the practicality of using the platform effectively.

As one of the mentors on the ABC Council’s Digital Support Programme, Caeris was able to tailor her advice to best support small businesses in the local area.

She gave a live demonstration of how to use FB Ads manager – showing delegates how simple it is to start a campaign, set budgets and track effectiveness. Caeris also advised attendees on how to navigate Apple’s new privacy enhancements.

Feedback

As with our last webinar, feedback was strongly positive with attendees describing the event as “helpful” and “practical”. And, once, again the chat during the Q&A section was excellent.

A follow-up email has been sent to all those who were in attendance. However, if you were unlucky enough to miss this one, then click on the link below to check it out.
